WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We aim to ensure you receive your items as swiftly as possible. When placing an order, please double-check the selected model and color, as we cannot modify your orders once they are in the system. Modifications or cancellations are not possible once the order is processed.
Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days of ordering and shipped the day after processing is complete.
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and sale periods.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase has been shipped, allowing you to track your shipment's status. Shipping costs depend on the package's weight and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes on all international orders.
TRACKING
As the receiver, it is your responsibility to track your order and submit any necessary requirements to customs or the courier. If the order is returned to sender or marked as an unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not following up or submitting the necessary requirements, we cannot process any refund or replacement for free. You may need to place the order again.
DELIVERY
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which could delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home during delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your delivery.
TAXES & DUTIES
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the recipient's responsibility and is not covered by Locust Skinnational E-commerce Limited Company. For further details, please contact your local customs office.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for items that are not accepted into your country.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also incur a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate or any charges your bank or credit card company may apply. For further details on foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but at checkout, they are in USD. All transactions will be handled in USD through PayPal or Stripe.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please note that any orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
